It's that time of year again. I love bringing out my grandmother's June Zimonick ornaments. There was a store in De Pere where individuals could buy kits to create these beautiful Christmas jeweled treasures. I created similar ones with vintage jewelry before I discovered I could find intact vintage kits being sold on eBay. My grandmother's totally bedazzled tree was a Christmas marvel and is a sweet memory that I try to bring back to life here. I enjoy it until Valentine's Day, lol.
Canoecopia is coming up in Madison. I went on my husband's blog to reminisce the time Tim and I stayed at a Bed & Breakfast Inn to test our newly purchased Mad River Canoe from Canoecopia. The class was, " How to Paddle Tandem and Stay Married! " Hear the engineer's mind describe his new treasure. He was a frequently requested field service engineer when he graduated because he loved to teach others the merits of any particular thing. In this post it was the merits of the Mad River Canoe design. There is so much opportunity for water sport lovers around Two Rivers, come see for yourself.
